You will receive a notification after we receive your order request.

1. Your order will be checked for availability. After all details are finalised, we will send you an order confirmation email containing the following info:

-Details of the transaction
-Delivery Charges (based on location)
-Total amount needed to be paid
-Payment details for your chosen payment method

2. Make the payment, then send us a message informing us of the payment or payment receipt. (Completion of this step is an absolute MUST before we can process your order.) We might ask for additional information for verification.

3. Your order will be processed after we've verified your payment. We will send a message notifying you that the payment has been verified, and you will be informed of the expected date of posting.

4. Your order will be posted and you will receive a final email/SMS containing your order details.

*Payment Method*

Full payment is required before your order is processed.
You can send your payments through Cash Deposit Machine,Account Transfer (ATM) into our CIMB or RHB acc.

* Posting / Delivery*

Delivery Charges will depends on the location and weight of the product.
Orders for readily available items are posted out within 3-4 days of payment. Please allow up to 4 days for delivery. You will be notified through SMS and/or email when your order is posted.

- We will not be liable for lost, misdelivered, non-delivered, or damaged shipments because of circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery cannot be guaranteed by a specific time and/or date, and we shall not be liable for any damages due to delay.

*Product and Sizing*

Most items are imported from Asian Countries. Items are subject to availability.Details and description for each item can be found on the description part of each photo.

*Changes to Your Order*

Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Addition of items to your order can be made if you request is answered before your order is posted. Depending on supply and demand, we may or may not be able to make your requested change. Once your order is processed or posted, no changes can be made.

*Return Policy*

We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds.

*Reservations*

We only will reserve for you once you have complete the payment. Sending an order email does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.

*Pre Order Items*

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the arriving of products after pre-order session end since this is a pre-order sales but not ready stock on hand. Also please also bear in mind that
the exact availability of stocks can only be confirmed when the
order form is submitted to the supplier as the availability changes from time to time.
